We proudly deliver across all major cities, towns, and many remote areas within India. Whether you’re located in a metro city or a distant town, we strive to reach you with our trusted logistics partners.

Note: We currently do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Ready-to-Ship Products:
    All in-stock items are usually processed and dispatched within 2 to 4 business days of order confirmation.

  • Customized or Personalized Products:
    Orders requiring personalization, engraving, or customization take 5 to 10 business days to process before dispatch.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Timeline

After dispatch, delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Minimum Delivery Time: 3 business days

  • Maximum Delivery Time: 10–12 business days

While we aim to deliver your orders as quickly as possible, remote locations or customization may slightly extend delivery timelines.

4. Shipping Charges

We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees.

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999

  • A nominal charge of ₹79 for orders below ₹999

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Additional charges apply (if available in your location)

 All shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • A tracking link via email and SMS

  • Regular updates on the shipment’s movement

  • Estimated delivery dates based on courier tracking

You can also track your order anytime by visiting the “Track Order” section on our website and entering your order ID.

6. Delayed Deliveries

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • National or local strikes

  • Unforeseen logistics issues

  • Service interruptions in remote or restricted areas

In case of delay, our support team will proactively inform you and assist with real-time updates and solutions. Your patience and understanding are highly appreciated.

7. Packaging and Safety

All orders are packed with utmost care to ensure the product reaches you in perfect condition:

  • Proper sealing for transit safety

8. Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a shipment is returned to us due to incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, our team will reach out for confirmation. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipping.
