We understand that sometimes things may not work out, and we’re here to support you through the process of returns or exchanges when necessary.
Please read the following carefully to understand the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted.
We offer a return or exchange window of 15 days from the date of delivery for selected products, subject to the terms below:
Loose Gemstones: Eligible for full refund within 15 days if returned in original, unused condition with all certificates and documentation intact.
Silver Jewelry: Eligible for full refund within 15 days if returned in original, unused condition with packaging and documents.
Customized Jewelry (including gemstone-studded rings, pendants, bracelets):
Not eligible for refunds. However, you can request store credit worth 70% of the invoice value (excluding shipping and making charges) within the 15-day period.
Note: Store credits are non-transferable and must be used within 90 days from the date of issue.
To ensure a smooth process, your item must meet the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
All original packaging, including the product box, invoice, certificates of authenticity, and promotional materials, must be returned.
Items showing signs of damage, wear, or alteration will not be accepted.
Product tampering, stone replacement, or polishing will void the return eligibility.
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products returned without original invoice or certification.
Items that have been customized, engraved, or resized.
Damaged products due to mishandling, exposure to harsh chemicals, or accidents.
Products returned after the 15-day period.
To initiate a return or exchange request:
Contact us at maanikjewellers2@gmail.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
Share your order number, reason for return, and clear images of the product and packaging (if applicable).
Once approved, you will receive the return address and packing guidelines.
Securely package the item to avoid damage during return transit.
Ship the item via a reliable, trackable courier service.
Please note: Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer. We recommend using a service that offers tracking to ensure safe delivery.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
The refund will be issued via the original payment method used during checkout.
Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, and taxes are non-refundable.
If the product fails inspection, it will be returned to the customer without a refund.
We are happy to exchange eligible items subject to the following:
Exchange is allowed only for items of equal or higher value.
If the new item is of higher value, you will need to pay the balance amount.
If the new item is of lower value, the difference will be credited as store credit.
Store credits can be used for future purchases and are valid for 90 days from issue.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery:
Send an email to maanikjewellers2@gmail.com with your order number, and clear photos of the product and outer packaging.
After review, we will either:
Arrange a replacement, or
Provide a full refund, depending on stock availability and situation.
Claims made after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacements or refunds.
Maanik Jewellers reserves the right to:
Decline returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
Modify or update the refund and return policy at any time, with or without prior notice.
